Tech Support
Tech support for school-issued devices is available in Glenville's Learning Commons during school hours. Mrs. Carlin, Mr. Malave, and Mrs. Vaz support students and teachers on a daily basis as issues arise. If you encounter any tech issues at home, here are some steps to follow to solve your issue.
Troubleshoot at home:
- Quit an App if it’s not functioning properly. Try App again
- Hard restart the iPad
-Hold down home button and power button at the same time until the Apple icon appears (The screen will go black first, but keep holding until the Apple icon appears).
-Try App again.
If the steps above do not solve the issue, please email support@greenwich.k12.ct.us. Add a brief description in the subject line and be sure to mention your student's name when describing the problem.
